Senile Warts and Age Related Body Changes

By Norma Holt

At one age the skin is one of the first places to show it. During life, it takes a bashing from the way that it is treated. Women plaster their skin with all types of chemicals ranging from facial beauty treatments and make-up to tanning lotions and hair removal products. Men, on the other hand, rarely do anything to help their skin through rough times.

These are only some horrors we inflict on the outer covering of our bodies. But some go a lot further inflicting it with tattoos, pins, and shafts that hang from different parts, including the lips, ears, mouth, and nose, and then there are the different chemicals in washing powders and other things that all have an impact.

Is it any wonder that we get things like senile warts and imperfections as we age? One doesn't have to be old to get them, however, as some heavy wart-like structures can appear at quite a young age. Some will have them over their backs, others on their arms and legs, but the worst place is on the face.

Most people are careful about the way they look and spend a fortune to preserve what they have. The problem is that the skin has health requirements that are not recognized or talked about on the commercial stage. That means that many are overlooked completely before it is too late.

By the age of 50 to 60 one is really paying the price for the treatment dealt out to the skin from a young age. Sun baking is probably among the worst of the no-no's as everyone loves to bask in the wonderful light and heat of the summer's day. It pays however to review the way one wants to look in your old age and take lessons from those around who are displaying the scars manufactured in their younger years.

The appearance of senile warts can be rather challenging as one age. It pays, therefore, to remember your health matters at every stage of life.

Skin Needling To Refresh, Retexture & Rejuvenate Your Facial Skin

By Mags Whyler

Acne can leave behind scars and pock marks, but Skin Needling treatment is an ideal treatment to help regenerate the damaged skin, smoothing the scars and evening out the skin texture and tone. Skin Needling treatment uses a handheld, sterilized, single-use roller with thousands of micro-medical needle-columns, and it's passed across the skin, causing tiny micro punctures in the very first layer of skin. Each column penetrates into the dermis of the skin, which then rapidly close, enabling the skin to quickly recover.

The process works to rejuvenate your skin by boosting collagen production, which in turn reduces the wrinkles and fine lines and elevates the overall texture of your skin, as well as stimulating the skin, causing it to repair and regenerate itself safely and naturally, creating smoother, healthier, younger-looking skin.

Skin Needling can treat:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Acne or surgical scars
  • Large pores
  • Sun damage
  • Age spots and hyperpigmentation
  • Stretch marks
  • Rough patches and texture
  • Chicken pox scars

The number of treatments needed will really depend on how bad the problem is. It's recommended you have three treatments, six weeks apart, but it's possible more treatments might be needed. Afterwards, your body will start to naturally regenerate and repair the skin, working below the surface in the dermis, generating new skin cells and enhancing the blood supply, as new collagen and elastin is forming.

Benefits of Skin Needling:

  • Enhances texture and tone of the skin
  • It can reduce fine lines and wrinkles
  • Stimulates collagen production
  • It can help reduce scars and hyperpigmentation

Often you'll notice some improvement in the skin texture about one week after your treatment, but it can take about six weeks before you see bigger improvements, and over the following months the process will continue, giving the skin a natural and long-lasting enhancement.

Skin Needling doesn't need any downtime after the treatment. Afterwards your skin will look flushed and it might feel a bit warm and tight, but this will fade after a couple of hours and any redness will disappear over the next few days. You will notice these effects less with each treatment, as your skin will become more resilient, the more treatments you have.

Caring for your skin after the treatment is very important, and using sun protection and moisturiser regularly is vital. The cosmetic doctor will recommend you to use a moisturiser because your skin might begin to feel drier as it starts to repair itself. You must avoid sun exposure for two weeks after the treatment and use a chemical free high factor sun screen daily.

If you need help choosing a cosmetic procedure, we provide an extensive range of cosmetic procedures for the face and body: Botox, Vaser Lipo, Lip Augmentation, Dermal Fillers and many more treatments, to help create a younger, slimmer, more youthful looking you!

Botox Injections To Combat Anti-Ageing

By Mags Whyler

If you start noticing signs of ageing on your face when you look in the mirror, then Botox injections can easily help you turn back the clock and give you a fresher, more relaxed look. You can have Botox treatment on different areas of the face which show common signs of ageing, effectively treating crows feet, smokers lines, drooping eyes and fine lines and wrinkles.

Botox causes a temporary improvement of the fine facial lines by blocking nerve transmission to temporarily reduce the facial muscle contractions which cause wrinkles and frown lines. These lines will lessen or potentially fade after multiple treatments, giving the face a more graceful appearance.

The skin tightening caused by Botox injections around the eyebrows and forehead are similar to a non-surgical face lift by relaxing the facial muscles that cause the wrinkling associated with ageing. The skin tightens after the Botox injection and the face starts looking younger within a short period. These days, Botox is mostly used as an anti-ageing facial treatment and improvements can easily be made on many parts of the face, but it also works for other medical conditions such as excessive sweating and migraines.

Areas on the face where Botox can help:

  • Eyes - taking away fine lines and wrinkles from around the eyes
  • Chin - softening the cobblestone, puckered appearance of the chin
  • Lip Lines - Botox will soften smokers lines and lip lines above the lips
  • Eyes - lift the brow, raising the outer part of the eyebrow, creating a perfect arch
  • Nose - reduce the horizontal bunny lines on the upper part of the nose
  • Armpits - excessive sweating under the armpits (hyperhidrosis)
  • Head - Botox injections can treat migraines and tension headaches

Botox is an ideal alternative to a surgical face lift, designed especially to help smooth away signs of ageing to give the face a refined, youthful look. A highly trained practitioner will tailor any facial treatments to suit each person, as no two faces are the same. These anti-wrinkle injections can work wonders, giving your face a fresh, healthy and wrinkle-free appearance and not a startled, expressionless look.

For women who are wary of going under the knife, but would like to lessen facial wrinkles and enhance their features, Botox could be just what they're looking for. So whether you want to reduce wrinkles and fine lines or use as a treatment for medical ailments, the benefits of using Botox are many.

How to Increase Collagen in the Skin the Healthy Way

 By Marcia Kruger

Have you ever wondered about how to increase collagen in the skin that are safe? Because if you are considering a way to raise collagen in skin, it's best to keep reading.

To enhance aging skin, decrease your sugar consumption. An excess of sugar in the bloodstream spanning a long period of time causes glycation. And glycation is when sugars destroy the proteins that define collagen that's an essential component of skin and other parts of your body. You see, damage to collagen increases the fine lines, dry skin, and reduces skin elasticity, so dispose of the sugar as an investment towards a beautiful future.

If you desire a healthy glow to your skin, eat more veggies and fruits. They are packed with vitamin C that is beneficial in building up your skin's collagen, so feeding on more fruits and veggies will improve your skin tone. They'll also help your skin's circulation, which will ensure that you get that sought after healthy glow.

If you work out, try to limit the amount of jarring exercise routines that you do. Things like running and jumping can be bad for your skin. Jarring physical exercises may lead to deterioration of the collagen in skin, which will result in your skin sagging. While the occasional high-impact workout is fine, you should also think about exercises, like cycling, that can be much less detrimental to your skin.

Therefore, anyone considering prolonging their skin's vibrant appearance should look at daily application of anti aging skin cream. This type of product contains healthy ingredients that work to minimize the unsightly effects of getting older. Routine application of this product raises the production of collagen and helps stimulate collagen in your skin more effectively.

So you see, you can actually increase collagen in the skin using a simple yet effective skin cream containing elements like CoQ10, Maracuja, and Phytessence Wakame.

Look for CoQ10, called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ 10, because it's a special form of CoenzymeQ10 that penetrates deeply into the skin and supplies it with strong anti-oxidants which give an anti-wrinkling effect.

A unique passion fruit extract known as Maracuja. This natural emollient is very similar to the structure of human skin. It helps control the production of sebum so it helps prevent your skin from becoming too oily or dry.

But the healthy and natural Phytessence Wakame is what skin needs because it's full of nutritional vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals all important for skin health. The powerful anti-oxidants combat cell-damaging free radicals, protects skin against detrimental UV rays, and replenishes your skin keeping it firm and toned.

This Japanese sea kelp is proven to increase your own collagen cells because it reverses the decrease of the necessary acid-hyaluronic acid. The loss of this acid results in a quicker breakdown of skin cells, so if you can easily keep the levels high you'll make them strong.

So there you have it, you'll be able to quit thinking about methods that increase collagen in the skin which are gentle. Simply by living a healthy life-style and adding anti aging skin cream containing effective natural substances to your skincare, you'll boost your own collagen and take care of any other aging signs.

Four Tips on How to Keep Skin Looking Young

By Elizabeth Ruby

Tell me does this describe you? You look in the mirror and ask how to keep skin young looking. If you are in your forties or older you probably have asked yourself that question sometime or another. I know I have.

If this is you, keep reading for four tips on how to keep skin young looking.
First, use natural products instead of substances filled with chemicals. You'll find chemicals are harsh on your skin, actually making your skin worse off than if you wouldn't have used anything. A lot of them are toxic and can put you at higher risk of developing cancer. Natural works better and is safer, so you should go that route.
Second, eat a healthy diet. Fruits and vegetables, whole grains, these are the foods that will leave your skin glowing and young looking. The vitamins and minerals in these will nourish your skin and keep it blemish free.

Cut way back on sweets, refined white flour and trans fats. These are filled with calories, but are low on nourishing vitamins and minerals that give your skin the radiance it needs to remain young looking.

Third tip when checking out how to keep skin young looking is, drink at least 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day. More if you are exercising a lot and perspiring more than normal. This will help eliminate toxins in your body, helping to keep your skin clear, young looking and radiant.

Fourth, as we age our body does not produce as much collagen and elastin as it did in the younger years. These two proteins are what keep our skin smooth and free from wrinkles and fine lines. There are ingredients on the market that will stimulate your body to produce more collagen and elastin to be used by the skin for younger looking wrinkle-free skin.

The ones I've found are CynergyTK, Nano-Lipobelle H EQ10, and Phytessence Wakame. All of them are in products from a company in New Zealand. Along with stimulating the growth of collagen and elastin in the skin, they moisturize the skin leaving it smooth and soft without the use of chemicals. They also help fight the free radicals in the skin.

Find skin care products with the ingredients listed above, instead of using creams and lotions that contain collagen and elastin. When a product says it contains collagen and elastin it is misleading. These two substances have molecules that are too large to penetrate the top layer of the skin, so they won't do you any good by applying them topically.

You might be considering pills that contain elastin and collagen. These are not the best choice either. Reason being is the major organs in your body also need these proteins, so they'll take what they need first, and you won't have much, if any, left over to help your skin to stay young looking. When you stimulate your body to produce more by applying a skin cream or lotion to the skin you will have collagen and elastin to utilize in your quest of how to keep skin young looking.

To find products listed above that will stimulate collagen and elastin growth, check out my skin anti aging website listed below in my bio. You'll find out more information about the ingredients themselves, and also links to the manufacturer to order them from.

How to Get Rid of Age Spots Safely

By Elizabeth Ruby

The best time for you to try and figure out how to get rid of age spots is before they begin to appear. If you understand what it is that causes these marks to appear on your skin, and figure out a viable solution to the problem it is then easier for you to administer effective treatment. Most people do not think ahead about things like this though.

It is usually only after these spots have begun to appear that people begin to think about taking action, and due to a lack of preparation they often make mistakes. It is human nature that when a dilemma is upon you that you take an immediate action. This trait leads people to try the first skin care product that they see that promises to deliver a solution.

It is a general lack of knowledge as to how to get rid of age spots that the cosmetics companies depend on in order to sell their products. If a person does not know that there is an effective solution available for the treatment of these blemishes, then they can be easily led into purchasing a cream that contains chemicals designed to bleach the color out of your skin.

These spots that you develop are caused by the triggering of a defensive mechanism involving melanin in your skin that causes it to turn darker when exposed to the sun, such as tanning. When skin cells become so severely damaged by the sun over a period of years they go into a permanent state of melanin hyperpigmentation. This is what we call age spots.

How to get rid of age spots is not by trying to bleach the skin through the use of chemical agents. Bleaching will not effectively eliminate the visible melanin in your skin, but it certainly will turn the area surrounding the hyper-pigmented area a shade or two lighter. This effect will lead to your skin taking on an uneven, mottled appearance.

What you need to try to do if you want to alleviate these spots and balance out your skin tone is use a product that contains all natural ingredients. Nature provides us with all of the tools that we need in order to maintain healthy, beautiful skin, and that includes highly efficient melanin inhibitors. Let me tell you what it is that you need to look for in a product if you are to successfully rid your skin of these spots.

How to get rid of age spots is through the use of plant based skin anti aging products that contain the compound known as Extrapone nutgrass root extract. This comes to us from India, and it is capable of reducing the amount of melanin produced by the skin by up to 40%. Extrapone root extract will erase the age spots that you currently have, and prevent future occurrences.

So, there is your answer to how to get rid of age spots, so that you will not make the mistakes in choosing your products that so many others before you have made. Check out my web site listed below to find out where you can find this product.
