Top 3 Law of Attraction Strategies For Weight Loss

Most people will never make the law of attraction work. It's because they don't understand how it works, and what they need to do to make it happen. Remember, like attracts like. If you are trying to lose weight without changing the way you think, you may actually lose weight for awhile. If you want to lose weight for good, change your mindset first and implement the law of attraction to help you attract into your life those things that support the body you were meant to have.

1. Use visualization to see your goal.

The first step here is to make sure that you know exactly what it is you want. Then you want to visualize what you want to look like. Be very specific. Put emotion behind it. See, taste, smell, touch and experience your new body. You must see it on the inside before you can have it on the outside. Believe that you can have the body you want. Once you know what you want to look like, and you have this vision firmly planted in your mind, then it's time to take the next step.

2. Create your plan.

How do you intend to reach your goal? If you don't know how to reach your goal, you may need to do some research. Consider starting with the end goal in mind and do backward planning to help you figure out the steps as well as mini goals. Do you want to go to the gym? In other words, do you need to be around other people to stay motivated? Are you self motivated? Do you like working out at home? What is your favorite workout? The most important thing to keep in mind here is the best workout in the world is no good if you won't do it.

What types of workouts do you need to do? There are three components of the perfect workout: cardio, weight training and stretching. Combine these three types of exercises to help you create your plan.

How much time do you have? Even just 30 minutes of exercise per day is better than nothing, and short intense workouts will help you reach your goals faster. Even if you are time crunched, you can still see success. You can actually create a great workout here that includes all three components, that is efficient and doesn't take long to do.

Food is another element. About 50 percent of getting the body you want is eating. You must fuel your body with the right nutrition in order to build it into the body you want. Make sure you get enough protein and fat. Fruits and vegetables complete your meal plan and will give you energy.

3. Start living like a thin person.

There are a few things that thin people do. First, they take the time to enjoy their food. When you sit down to eat, take the time to chew your food and taste it. It takes about 20 minutes for you to feel full so if you are wolfing down your food, you will eat much more than you need to. By taking the time to chew your food, not only will you make it easier for your body to digest it, you will avoid indigestion and overeating.

Thin people aren't consumed by food. Although they enjoy what they eat, they make good food choices most of the time and save the treats. Part of a healthy eating plan is to plan treats. Depriving yourself makes it harder to stick to a healthy eating plan. Plan a day each week where you eat whatever you want. Plan your treats and take the time to enjoy them.

Thin people think lifestyle. You want to make your eating and exercise plan a part of your life. 90 percent of your life is about habits so develop the right habits of eating and exercise. Don't use as a form of comfort. Just enjoy it. Build the proper mindset about eating and exercise, and it will put you on the path to the body you want.
